       Now that I go back and look, he’s right… Joshua’s eyes are green, not yellow.

         I had to do a double take on that as well before I noticed that haha. Maybe they changed to show the gem’s active, and it influences his personality? Just guessing here.

           Just a thought… But didn’t Marianne’s eyes turn red when her gem activated?
           Josh’s gem is yellow, Mary’s is red…
           I’m guessing their eyes change to their gem colours when their powers are being used.

       Possibly because the artist doesn’t want to have to draw it every panel?
       We’ve already seen that it appears to be active, so whatever happens next is likely to be the result of it.

   This is my first update read on Petite Symphony. I’ve read a few comics on here before, and while it does look overall a whole lot cleaner, it seems… busier, perhaps because of the persistent bottom bar.
   Oh, well.
