Sorry for the lateness. I blame my lack of planning skills, my tendency to overdo things (I redrew that 6th panel at least 5 times) and Guild Wars 2.
I decided that Joshua wouldn’t be too graphic, and would leave to Marianne’s (and your) imagination what repercussions sprouting a third arm has on one’s skeleton. Also, I love writing dialogue for Marianne sometimes :p
Well, the sixth panel does convey the idea that Joshua’s implant gives him magnetic control with a great deal of finesse, so, it was probably worth all the retries.
And I can see what you mean about Marianne’s dialog: “Raspberries!” “Holy Strawberries!” “What the duck?!” …I’m gonna go get a snack, now…
Joshua so… Ahem, seductive here XD And i can see some unpleasant things for Marianne he can do with such ability

Let’s see, Marianne gets shocked and graft gives her electricity powers.
Sarah squashes a bug near her graft and gets a bug appendage.
Joshua gets metal wedged in his hand and after reaching for a clever and killing a warthog with it, gets neat metal summoning powers.
I do believe I’m seeing a pattern there involving outside stimulants and graft placement. Though that hints out that Morgane might have already gained a power, though its a less physically noticeable one.
Hopefully, he never catches the knife by the wrong end 😛
I was going to say, if it’s “just” magnetism, that should have come back blade first every time due to aerodynamics…
Joshua evolved into Magneto, Morganne i think evolved into Proffessor Exavior, Zach still unknown, Sarah evolved into… ummm, idk… de thing poking out is still unknow to me

Yes the leveling of thier grafts dose seam to involve some form of external stimuli which effects how they level up. Can’t wait to see what happens next.
